A Simple Solution

It's relatively simple you all.

If you aren't happy here and don't like all these policies and rules... Resign and find work elsewhere.

Why gripe?

Just go find another job that isn't making these kind of #gold rules.

Stop the crying, get out of here. It's you people that make this place horrible. Just do what the company asks and everyone is happy.

Be appreciative of the job you have now. I guarantee you one thing, the people laid off would love the chance to still have a job.

This post makes it sound like the employees are making this place horrible, but it's upper management. Even if all the disgruntled employees left, it's not going to make this place any better, times are changing.

LOL. It sounds like management is getting a little edgy now. I hope all goes well for everyone, and we all pull together to smoke the competition and make the stock pop, but the OP sounds a little unhinged. Take it easy sport. We just got an analyst upgrade with a target price above 14. All we have to do is post a couple of good quarters and we will be off to the races again.

How do you know it was dude? Times have changed... it maybe dudette! With that said, times have changed in our industry and this is a business. Read more than just the layoff... like the direction of the company and everything being done to keep us in business! The stockholders are receiving lessened dividends... I would like to see Mr Storey, who brought 6 BILLION of debt with him and is now our CEO maybe take a lessened salary... you know, to coincide with one of our Unifying Principles. HAHAHAHAHA!

Hmmm.....lets see here be glad you have a job. Someone else would be happy to have your job. All signs of inept, and arrogant management. Instead of improving same ole lines "That's the way we've always done it." "Never had an issue before." Why the stock has gone from $42 per share down to $10 oh wait I forgot it's jumped 12 recently it'll go back down. P.S. left the company and called me this week asking if I wanted my pension lump sum payment deferred to Middle of Oct. asked for an amount couldn't provide a "calculation" till mid September. Definitely think there's some fund issues there said give me my money. Enjoy the article company has to many of these.
