I helped Jeff become my successor when I needed someone so dumb and incompetent that would help make me look like a genius. Everyone at big red knows that Baroid staff is lacking in all areas of human evolution, so that is where I narrowed my search. At least when I was CEO, we were feared and now a bigger joke than Weatherford under poor Jeffrey.
