Frankly I don't care if contractors perform somewhat equally with RJ staff. I heard some are physically working out of Russia. Ever hear of a company outsourcing overseas and the effect on the US? The old TJ run RJ would never consider that.

MargaretB delegated all accountability to Moldova without safe test environments and masked data. Ask what the ratio is for Moldova/Belarus for an American supervisor. Guess what? It's 1 to like .... Who knows. Kathy can't possibly manage it.

The productive Russians weren't in SQM, that's for sure. It took 3 of them to do what 1 test analyst FTE accomplishes.

Frankly, some of the Russian contractors worked circles around our FTEs. It's hard to debate trustworthiness because it's all speculation, but they are very productive and helpful.

They have contract labor now. Granted they are not considered employees but do factor in labor costs which is reported as part of operations expenses. The sorry a@ then retained the temps, especially the Russian contractors.
