Gross incompetence and mismanagement

This has been years in the making, ever since HD Core took over running installation services in 2012 whereas before they were autonomous profitable units. What happened Tuesday is the direct result of gross incompetence and mismanagement. I heard there has been no six month period since 2012 where HDE hit plan whereas before then plan targets were always hit.

The clowns at the top are viciously stubborn in their refusal to learn the business and would rather directly crush the lives of 700 people than do anything resembling work (I'm talking to you Sideshow Bill Lennie - though far from the only lazy perpetrator). They took every bit of integrity of the system that was handed to them and wrung it dry. As one SC put it, "We went from a well-oiled machine to a cluster."

Excellent point by @XtfdhMm-2brq.

As a loweser I can tell you we have similar levels of incompetence and mismanagement. We have layers of highly paid managers who basically forward us emails we’ve already read. They train us to sell having never done so themselves. They have us use tools that were never tested by anyone in the field. And on and on the list could go.

I could be easily convinced that some have never been in one of our stores before.

I am all line employees I’m sure feel for you all during this difficult time.
