Judge Drain controls Win's spend now, and Drain is known to let the foxes run the chicken coop when it comes to his proceedings. If you want a responsible bankruptcy where the judge keeps everyone's ethics in line and keeps himself well informed, well, you literally drew just about the worst judge in the nation.

There’s been a lot of speculation (on this site) that layoffs are coming this week. Some said today or Wed or Thur. Would like to see actual people tell us, though I’m not sure anyone cares much about this company when they’re gone.

Also, if I’m understanding correctly, they aren’t releasing taxes until later next month. Can someone tell me the benefit of this being where they are now?

You pretty much nailed it. And Win knew what they were doing. Knowing they were going to file chap11, they purposely got way behind on payments due to its vendors and creditors, so they could roll that into the chap11 as well. Where did that money go? ....You know as well as I do.

There's an order to bankruptcies. First, a bunch of creditors are going to get notified that there isn't enough money to pay everyone. There's going to be loans at pawn shop rates. A shark feeding frenzy will ensure. The court and lawyers get paid first. Then the banks. Somewhere in the middle of people who will get screwed because there isn't enough for the banks is the employees. See the stock going to zero? The stock market already knew shareholders were getting screwed. People might go to jail. Conflict of interest, breach of fiduciary duty, malfeasance, negligence, blah, blah, blah. There's stuff you can't do right before a bankruptcy without looking like a crook. Bad move TT, seriously.
