I understand this is a critical time for the company, so they will probably “sit on this” for a while before they make a decision what to do next. How long do you think that will take before we get an official announcement about what the leadership is planning on doing?

There are different levels of bankruptcy- if they go for bankruptcy reorganization - that could add a longer runway (and keep execs paid their salaries or even higher ones to keep them during the reorg). I think that freezes payment to creditors or limits it. I would think they are looking for a way to get back at Aurelius and giving them pennies on the dollar while keeping the company running for a few years with the expectation that keeping us open longer will give creditors a higher percentage back, especially if they say hey we have to keep customers and businesses lit. They could say protect us and our assets through bankruptcy reorg in order to not harm the businesses and economy and if you do you will get more money in the end as opposed to zero today.
The short answer is March 18th on the Earnings Call.
They are currently in the earnings quiet period and will not discuss forward looking statements prior to the earnings call.
In the event you are not aware of the earnings quiet period..
Quiet Period — The period beginning on the quarter-end date and ending at the time of the earnings release for that quarter should be observed as a quiet period with no formal or informal business discussions by management with analysts or investors.
Would think 30 days to reach out to lenders and see who would be willing to lend the money or sale assets. Or figure out who to cut

All they really did is buy time by punting the ball. There is no magical fix here, it's bankruptcy or re-finance. TT will continue to post in a positive manner on stream.
I don't think they have that long, only until March 18th, that is the latest date they set to announce 2018 earnings. I am far from knowledgeable but, I would think by the end of next week they will start making moves, whatever that might be. With the amount of settlement and supposedly having to put up the entire settlement amount in order to appeal the ruling, I just don't see how they do that and continue on "business as usual"
