Are the AST and AYS departments combining? Any details or information would be greatly appreciated.

i think it is being combined in all stores except HSQ under the new manager of business administration job.
What state is your store that they are not wearing mask?
Afraid to go back to work Monday most of the store I work at isn’t even wearing masks as they work I have high risk family members to include myself the thought of being exposed and potentially exposing my loved ones intensifies my already overwhelming anxiety.
AND it didn't happen...at least, not yet!
You prolly won’t hear from them...would be too easy to figure out who was posting here.
I would like to hear from these 4 stores.
4 stores piloted AST managing AYS ....four. Lot of things need to be fixed a before company can roll it out to everybody.
Spring Ownership 2019 just came out. Many small stores are eliminating the full time position in AST. The only full timer will be the ASTS with a part time and flex colleagues. Announcement on the consolidating districts and store closures will be next week. If you’re a Flagship, G50 or G100 store, your jobs are safe. If you’re a neighborhood store, prepare for a lot of job cuts. Mostly everything will be self service (open sell) and a huge promotion for ‘Scan & Pay’.
At your service
what is AYS?
i'm not the OP, but maybe because, uhhhh, they've done pilots with this in stores where they optimized AST..?
Where did you hear about this? You need to be more specific with what makes you think this is a valid scenario.
