Seaworld has really gone ghetto, i been here many years and u walk in some of the offices and the carpets are horrible, the paint is coming off the walls , the quality is not here anymore, anyone who gets layed off , they will be doing them a favor , dont remember the last time there was a raise, they need to change there name because its not Seaworld anymore, that is long gone, when anheuser busch owned it , that was seaworld, now its a bunch of hungry bunch of people only caring about their pockets , and as long as you keep putting your employees last, your company will not profit, you get what you give

Is their anyone left who knows how to run a park? We are open till 6pm on and our restaurant is barley making any money because few people are coming in. My cousin that works in merchandise stand and she says she stands outside for hours for closing shift as they are not making sales either. This is not just once or twice, this is happening on a daily basis. I don’t have a college degree but this seems like a bad practice.
The new park manager was walking around and my supervisor told me to make sure the counters were cleaned and the condiments filled. The park manager cares more about counters and condiments than the employees. I saw him pass by and he did not even talk to us or ask us how we were? He only cares about the condiments. I read all these posts of SeaWorld not caring, glad I’m not the only one who notices.
I too also went to wardrobe and I told them about the pants being too wide and long. She told me I could get it tailored so I did. They cut off just the bottoms and the pants were still so wide. I tripped at work because the pants rubbed off on each other when I walked. I told my manager she said that’s what a I have to wear. I trippd and hurt my arm and she siad I still have to wear the pants. My guests asked me if SeaWorld gives better clothes. I tell sometimes I am embrassed to do my job in the clothes they give us to wear. SeaWorld is too poor to give us clothes. All this company knows is how to take for their bonuses. No one cares for the employees. I wish all managment would get laid off. No one deserves thier jobs. I’m not afraid to tell my guests how poor the company is. I do it all the time.
I went to wardrobe and they could not give me a new name tag as the machine is broken. I got a PTF for not having a proper name tag from my supervisor. Because SeaWorld is too cheap, I got written up. The stock holders wonder why thier company is failing. Look at thier leaders that run them. It’s time all those old AB day leaders get pushed out.
It’s sad when team members who work for them faint because their hungry and SeaWorld management gets mad at them. It happens all the time. Leaders just send us home and write us up. SeaWorld does not pay us enough to pay bills and food. When I go to the employee lounges and I see the managers and supervisors eat for free with thier vouchers, it makes me cry they don’t understand. Leadership deserves to get laid off.
