Too political too announce???

Doesn't it seem kinda strange that after the president and employees gave Lockheed Martin billions, with a b, of dollars in tax breaks and employee concessions that LM doesn't even have the decency to let us know our fate? All they can do is cry "poor" as they rake in another $60 billion in profit for the year. It's time for Hoffa and Trump to bring back our jobs from Turkey, Poland and all the other countries that the politicians gave our work away to!!! AMERICA FIRST!!!

Don’t start feeling all warm and fuzzy because you didn’t get laid off this time. The layoff taking place now will be followed by a second wave of layoffs. Surfs up! Ride the wave.

"equal pay for equal work." When you voted for a two-tier wage system this is what you get, layoffs.

You will be replaced by contract employees.

Sikorsky in Troy, AL laid off 160 hourly employees in 2017. These Union employees are now being replaced by contract workers.

Lockheed Martin wants to replace the $45 an hour employee with a $18 an hour employee... one layoff at a time. When you sold out the future hourly employees with the two-tier pay scale, you inadvertently committed career suicide.

China, Turkey and Poland are all laughing at us as they build our Blackhawk helicopters and eat our lunch! When will we realize that it doesn't have to be this way? There is strength in numbers and that strength is all we have. We can either crawl in a hole and give up or, stand proudly and fight for our livelihoods. The choice is all ours.

Bad leadership is it's own punishment. Without an effective way to change the leadership environment, this was inevitable. If you only have temporary solutions to your subordinates' problems, then you have no solutions.

Glad I left, despite legitimately enjoying the job and the pay.

Hey Teamsters President Mr. Hoffa, Why does it seem that when we need out union the most, the Teamsters lay down on us? We pay our dues diligently so I think that we at least deserve some communications from you. Please let us know our fate and if Teamsters 1150 will survive.

Maybe Marilyn CEO should forward some of her 9+million dollar salary to help feed these families who are losing their jobs. How will she sleep at night or better yet explain to Almighty God that she turned her head at a time humanity was in need. Lockheed Martin is known for not caring (only a number) for the employees but care all for stock holders and the bottom line at the expense of the employee.

SURPRISE LOCKHEED IT'S YOUR FORGOTTEN EMPLOYEES THAT MAKE YOUR WALLET EXPLODE. TAKE THEM AWAY AND YOU HAVE NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If HR had the balls to fire all of the attendance abusers and FMLA abusers, the layoff count wouldn't be so high. It s---s that we will lose good people and many losers will remain employed.

West Palm Beach has always been treated like the bastard step-children by the Company and Local 1150. I have 30 years, have been through several surpluses and nothing has changed, Sikorsky and Local 1150 always protects the Stratford Mothership.

Strike time??? Poland and Turkey are building over 300 of our Blackhawks!!! Those would save our jobs!!! Time to call President Trump to bring those jobs back so we don't have a layoff or strike in his own back yard!!!! Our plant is 20 minutes from Mar-A-Lago. A strike would bring those jobs back!!!! Lets have a union vote on it!!! We must stand up for what's right!!!

All hands meeting in 2015 we were told production was going to be nothing during 2018-2019. Plenty of time to save some money. The company warned you this day would come.

It was announced on April 19th that your last day of employment is June 27, 2018. You will be escorted off the campus on that day.

Remember, at Lockheed Martin we are building a better tomorrow...

One layoff at a time.
