only reason you outsource product development is because the cost is prohibitive for American workers. - i.e.. bad product. First sign of a sick product - send it overseas.
Wipro offshore resources (India) will be replacing a few departments with FTEs. Ask your manager if they have received contracts/emails about offshore resources and see if they squirm. Apparently some of the layoffs will be announced as early as this coming week, but will be staggered over the next few months.
