The Workforce stats tell the story: 10% with 20+ years of service vs. 75% with <9 years of service. The great crew change happened. Well done!

Age discrimination is not the only illegal employment practice at MRO. Unfortunately, most who have been discriminated against were “released” some time ago. (Yes. I said, ‘released!’ Ultimately, it’s like an escape from prison or some other frightening institution!)
Anyway, due to family, health and/or other financial obligations, many of those individuals couldn’t afford to “fight the good fight” and take the company on via the legal system. Marathon counted on and continues to counts on this being the case!
Not to worry. The company will always find more victims, particularly during lean financial times. Oh! Like now!
Be aware and document the heck out of everything you do. If something is said or done that doesn’t seem right, make a note of the incident including the date, time and “players”, even if you weren’t directly involved.
Keep these records at home as they may prove useful in the event you are targeted!
Just sayin’...
Yet MRO still can't make $$$$. Why?
Age discrimination is HR's best demonstrated skill.
The great crew change occurred. Now for the great revolving door with the leftovers overworked, underappreciated, and underpaid.
