All of Canada IT will be gone at the end of the year. Several offices already closed. More layoffs in other areas have recently been announced!
Vancouver was told for a year that they were going to be the centre of excellence. Then all of sudden were are worthless and are on working notice till the end of the year!
The amount of money that WU allows to be laundered is outrageous.
now hearing between 150-250 employees were impacted with the layoffs, not sure if it just Denver office or with the closing of Wash DC, Vancouver and all of Canada offices or ?
Irony - (rumor) senior managers who flew to India to interview new employees returned back to Denver to find their jobs gone.....how ironic ?!

yes, many manager, directors, Senior staff got chopped yesterday, more to come, lots of rumors of moving all IT related jobs to PUNE INDIA in 12-18 mos; Denver office is moving in 12 mos, probably only taking 1/2 (or less) of the staff)
