Give yourself time to grieve as this is no different than a break up or passing of a loved one. You don't need to pay a lawyer as there's tons of advice and help on the web - plus if you have any relatives that are in the legal profession this is the time to lean on them to review your draft letters to truly refine your ask.
-
Remember that you only get ONE chance to write a gracefully concise letter so please make it count! Good luck!

Y’all were wrong
Good advice but good luck getting offered severance. As for the GIG, you can download the PDF version and send it to yourself.
You are fooling yourself if you think they are gonna pay out severance again. They were overcome and shocked by how many opted out the first time. Jobs will go away and you will be forced to take a lower paying, most likely part time position or leave, there won't be a severance package this time around.
gig, summary of benefits and insurance plan overviews are only accessible from the desktop version.
Can I do it from the app? I'm not a TM yet.
Not bad advice - but WFM is planning to avoid severance at all costs.
The gig is in workday, you open the pdf file and save it to your desktop.
How do I download the gig?
