I recently saw a list of 41 individuals that were part of Intel's workforce reduction. 100% of the 41 individuals were over 40 years old. BK and the executives are miss-managing Intel and putting the entire company at unnecessary risk.
I predict that someone at Intel will follow this recent example at Google.
