Anyone know how you will be ranked for CIP if you were laid off in 2016? HR briefly stated no ranking if you were laid off. Does this mean we can expect our full CIP bonus, prorated for the months we worked?

Their ranking won't be a 1. The IPF will be a 1.0
for 2015.. HR stated that all those "left standing" will receive a 1. We shall see...
