We used to consistently be one of the best places in DFW to work and now we seem to be far from it, just look at all the comments in this place! How can we rebuild better and stronger?

With SS getting up there in age and knowing that going back into retirement is coming soon, who do you think will lead PXD? Do you see this being a positive or negative change?

This company is awesome I love all of the benefits and generous pay! I’ve been in the industry for over a decade and this is by far the best. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
