What’s your message for Marry Barra and GM’s leadership ?

Let's just state the obvious. No dig, no gloat, nothing other than grading what we see in front of us as fact.
We have a female CFO, and a female CEO. This part is fact, unless they are somehow registered as male or "other".
Rick Wagner a male, had his chance and failed, coming from a long line of male CEO's before and after. Today, there's a lot of unhappy people, and many speculate that this EV/AV guess, this shoot from the hip EV crusade, may all be in vain, but lets let the cards fall where they may.
If it was a male running the shot, the world wouldn't care win or lose. With the first female CEO of an automaker, MB is in the spotlight. Whether she comes out a hero, or burns it ALL to the ground, she's setting the pace for everyone after her. IF you get a shot and blow it, it might be the last time you give that "individual", "group", "entity" a shot ever again. Her actions are more important than anything.
The world is watching. It's a world divided.
Stop putting airheads who talk a big game in leadership roles.
Implement systems to demote poor performers- read the Peter principle.
The new CFO is taking the company into a wrong direction which will destroy GM’s reputation.
GM was used to be called as Generous motor now it will be called Greedy motors.
GM has very little to no commitment to its people. They may as well hire everyone contract, There is no benefit or job security being direct hire to GM. I bought new GM cars while working there. Meanwhile foreigners who buy foreign car makes stay employed by GM. Mary Barra is mismanaging GM into a mess again. She & her cutthroat CFO should step down.
Build more cars and trucks over sea. Let poor American buy them.
lifelong GM driver save for 2 imports and purchased subsequent GM vehicles out of a misguided sense of loyalty. Neither myself nor my large extended family will be driving GM's any longer.
Current management no better than any other point in time. Layoff process handled as poorly as possible. Good riddance.
