It’s never nice to have layoffs, but the post is so factually incorrect that it’s embarrassing.
Brian West was never CEO and DC was CEO about 3-4 years earlier. Many redundancies 2005-2017 were right size calls or moved to TCS.
Worth recalling that Pre Calhoun Nielsen was a bloated civil service with zero development and margin.
Calhoun's wrath started earlier, around 2006. He did about 5 yrs and took his $100M. Not bad.
The next inclination is that the "Nielsen Leadership" is getting ready to divide and conquer this company... And the joke is that they are claiming to celebrate our 100th anniversary -- after the fact...
Nielsen is a shadow of what it used to be. Too many people short on time and short on staff... The only thing keeping this ship afloat is the dedication from the people who have been there for the long haul.. SHAME ON OUR LEADERSHIP for dragging this down and expecting 100%+ quality, 100%+ on time, with ZERO support, no RAISES, and alot of corporate speak. Who do they think they are fooling here ?

everyone got it day Rao announced as new CEO, it was not entire list only a few individuals were mentioned, look in gmail tabs
