it was much more than "a few"
First, salary is a factor. If 2 person has similar performance, then the one with higher salary will go. Second, the "good" is defined by the performance review. Not by your feeling.
They cut based on numbers only. They don't care about talent because they are positioning Citrix for a Q2 2018 sale. It's all about having the appearance of good numbers with a lean staff. Text book Elliott Group at work people
It's not about cutting dead weight....it's about putting Citrix in a better position to be sold. Henshall is nothing more than a cuck for EM.

Yep today was an inflection point. They’re screwed. Hard to see the company recovering from this.
