Big news coming this week. Wear short sleeves.
It is employees PTO to use. If they want to burn hours every week to comply with testing guess that is their choice.
SF has to mandate the vaccine according to President orders. No choice.
If SF can't madate the vaccine, they will surely find ways to let go of employees that are not vaccinated. Do you think SF wants to pay PTO every week for employees to get tested?

Just get vaccinated, unless you want to make things really hard on yourself.
SF has more than 100 employees plus the mandate is under the Labor Department which is federal direction & workplace safety. The Supreme Court rulings on vaccine mandates from 1905 forward are in the favor of mandates & support Biden’s decision. Individuals cannot harm the welfare of others in their workplace.
The MAJORITY of American workers want their co-workers vaccinated or tested.
Hundreds will not quit over this - maybe 10. Don’t think litigation will help- SF picked Right to Work states for multiple reasons - #GetTheShot

You might want to review what you lose with a termination? Unemployment insurance for sure. Not sure what employment opportunities will be available since every company with a 100 or more employees will be faced with same provisions.
If they require the shot without exemptions I hope they're prepared to fire a lot of people. Don't quit make the company fire you. Do not comply.
We already need experienced reps. EVERY unit can use one if not 2 reps. We can’t afford to lose a couple hundred over this BS.
