Sure, you can brush up on the company history and prepare your ideas for what you'd bring to the role but how can you prep for guessing what the interviewer might be thinking at that exact time?

Where I live (Colorado) they hand-ob candidates a mirror and see if they can fog it. If they can they get the job. Every basic retail and service operation is begging for workers. And starting pay/conditions in many jobs is far better than SHC. I don't know how SHC keeps the few remaining stores staffed. For instance, Hobby Lobby advertises full time jobs with benefits starting at $15 an hour.
