nvm+17FGtf9a He also tried to call out the Chevron leader which was humorous. All I have seen are lies and finger pointing by this guy. Bad leaders destroy good companies.

Whaa whaa. Business needs over your livelihood. Who would have thought ExxonMobil wasn't a charity?

No worries. I bet many of you here won't be employed by the end of the year.

Some how they forgot we are the ones doing the work. Interesting how this will work out.. but by then DW would have “retire” and we are stuck with the mess he made. Remember how he blamed Rex for the mess?

Pot calling the kettle black!

They are axing jobs to pay the dividend. Stop showing your stupidity by saying grow up. We work for DW not the stockholder. We work to provide value for the stockholder. The stockholder cannot fire me. DW can. I work for DW. Basic business principles are being ignored by paying a dividend from debt in a loss year. The company is cutting jobs specifically to pay dividend. So why don’t you grow up and get a basic high school education.

Exxon is all about image. DW probably wanted to raise the payout one cent to keep xom with the 32 year stock dividend aristocrat status but figured it would cause bad PR with people getting the ax. Keeping the dividend flat gives the false illusion Exxon is the good neighbor.

Dividend has nothing to do with your employment. They are axing jobs because there isn't work. Quit trolling and move on with your life.

On the bright side, if you still own ExxonMobil stock, you’ll get a good dividend!! That was sarcasm in case you couldn’t tell.

We are in this together - out of the door.
We are all making sacrifices - my stock options, your livelihood
Remember the higher purpose - fooling the analysts one more quarter
We will come back stronger - I’ll have a golden parachute, you’ll experience that what doesn’t k–l you makes you stronger.
