How many will retire to avoid losing 22% of their lump sum? 500? 2000? 5000?

Waiting for a package? You had your chance in 2021. Plus the near- term retirees will be leaving regardless.
I want whatever the people are smoking who are waiting for a package thinking it’s going to happen this year.
Good luck with that.
There is still time for a package. Bring the packages on.
If you are waiting for a package time is running out.
I'm waiting for a package.
Folks waiting for a package. Good luck. If you have 30 years you will get the tap on the shoulder next year when your lump sum is 30% less. Ford will save a lot of money with “waiters”
I got SIRP, got severance, got 2 weeks, got lump sum coming and just got f-cking lucky. I know I could be in your shoes. A voluntary would solve all of this.
22% drop means with for free for 2-3 years. If you're waiting for a package you're too shortsighted.
I didn’t get a survey because I’m under 50yo in the GRP. Boo hoo.
But I did get an email saying “even though you aren’t eligible for retirement” you should run your projections to be sure you are aware of your benefit estimate.
Yes I am aware it drops by over 30% with the new interest rates.
That's the same question HR is trying to get people to answer with their survey.
Hold out for the package!
