Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I retired in 2002 at 56 and 25 years, I loved it.

I was in 4 divisions and several layoff situations. I will say in my day if you were good at what you did a place was always found for you. Once the division l worked in shut down and I was loaned out to bunch of other areas for 4 months. At the next corporate meeting I was given an award because so many managers had written glowing letters about me and I didn't even have a permanent position at the time

I used to be a pretty good Intel employee as well for 15 years, until I got an Indian manager. My days of Successful+ focals then soon ended.
