Not sure how many people who were laid off are here on this board right now, but if there are some, can you please tell us your age?
The main reason I'm asking is that it seems to me from the people I know who were laid off is that most of them are in their fifties, or late forties at best.
I'm wondering if there is a case to be made for age discrimination here.
No age discrimination. People in my group that got let go were 33, 26, 27, 26, 55, 32, 37. It was a mixed bag. Mix of women and men.
My husband was fired on Friday of last week in the Texas office along with 24 others. They "laid" off 10 more today. He is 30 and been there 7 years never received a write up or warning then fired conveniently around the time they hand out their bonuses.

What about gender? Or even race? Surely there is something a good liberal lawyer can do to get a dishonest dollar. Does CHK even offer unisex bathrooms for those that are born male but identify as female? I know they have people that are useless but identify as leaders. Will that make a case?

I got laid and I am 47, had to take a pill but it’s all good!
I know two who are 33 and 31.
