I try not to worry ahead of time, but just in case, when I start working hard, I stop and think twice about it. It’s not worth the effort because the layoffs here are always around the corner. Then I slow down because I don't want to waste too much energy. Some are already saying there will be bloodbath in the spring?

Hey folks its DIY so stop working. Take the damn money and let the overpaid new hires carry the load..or better yet let the mgrs earn their massive keep. Stop being the fool.
Just do what you get to paid do. I know Lowes isn't the company it was ten years ago, but what company is? All the people on here complaining about Lowes. when you find something better leave Lowes. Don't say you can't find a job everyone is hiring. Before you say it... I'm not a ASM, DS, Pro,or Specialist. I just like my job and the people I work with and the most of the customers I help.
If there is... I'm hoping they start with the overthinkers who decided to not put too much energy into their job. Way to make it more difficult for everyone else while you're in your head about it all.
