People at the frontline during “pandemic” when we didn’t even know what in the h e l l COVID was. Now these same people are being fired for rejecting the vaccine. What has changed? If they could do it then, they can do it now.

I ran into a bunch of oafs protesting the vaccine mandate today at evendale. When I saw them I couldn't help thinking that productivity will probably go up if they all were to quit. It's nice when the true mo--ns self identify!

President says vaccine OR weekly testing. Employer says vaccine with no option of weekly testing. How can this be? My husband and I are trying for our first child, and are worried that the vaccine could cause fertility problems.

I'm weary that eventually all companies will eventually mandate it. What pi---s me off is that there isn't a weekly testing option. What if the employee is willing to pay for it? I'd do weekly testing and wear a mask all day if that meant not getting the covid juice. A 2nd shift employee here in Hooksett got it and ended up in a nursing home and now is in a wheelchair because J&J gave him Guillain Barre Syndrome. It absolutely amazes me that not one manager here talks about it or will even say his name #TimAlmeada

There were a bunch of us let go, or chose not to take a huge down grade. We are all doing well. Many have found better jobs, and are much happier . There is life after GE. Go out and find it!!!!

Every major manufacturer has vaccine mandates, so time to quit the industry instead of suffering the indignity of a vaccination (disregarding all of the other vaccines you have had to get to work here).

Vax mandate is out. We have until Dec. 8th unless a medical or religious exemption is granted by HR central. You have to start reporting vax status by 11/24. Request for med or religious exemption must be done by Oct 29.

Misconception about freedom? I don't think so. I have 2 degrees in the social sciences including a doctorate. This mandate is a huge destroyer of basic freedoms. There are many who seem happy that there will be many job opportunities if GE survives. Remember, the slave trading mentality works against it's own supporters as well when things don't go as planned.

I believe you that an announcement will come tomorrow. I don't believe you regarding the stipulation that you can't get a religious exemption if you have accepted other vaccines. See the following link. They are inviting a discrimination lawsuit if they try this. Religious beliefs aren't static and you can't prove someone didn't start their belief after they got their last vaccination. Also people learn new stuff everyday.

Heard today GE will announce on 10/15 full vaccine requirement for all GE employees and contractors and no opt out for weekly testing. No opt out for religious or other reasons if you previously have gotten any vaccine.

I think there is a pretty high percentage of UNVAXXED employees in Hooksett. Enough to cripple the site if they all left at once, but if it is mandated I'm not sure how many would cave and get the shot vs being let go.

In America, our freedom is expressly granted in the constitution. Where the constitution is silent or left to interpretation, people attempt to trample. It has been this way since the founding of our union. Slavery was once accepted (despite clearly being against the constitution) but things changed. It took a war to ensure the rights of my fellow black Americans. It took a long time before my fellow women had the right to vote. It was accepted for quite some time that women shouldn't vote. Common sense prevailed.

A vaccination is an intimate moment. You are permitting someone to place a foreign object in your body and there is no way to take it out. It takes a level of 100% trust akin to making love to your partner.

You parade wearing a shirt and driving as an example of why we should submit to this covid vaccine. People have accepted this shirts and driver licenses. I will note people have also accepted a mandated hijab for women in Iran. Just because we accept something doesn't make it right or moral.

Point simply being, forces in this country have done more harm than good. The anti-vax movement was very small minority until recently. People just accepted the fact that we get our vaccines. It seemed like common sense just like wearing a shirt or getting your drivers license. They had a big issue with the polio vaccine and to gain trust they instituted large timelines for approval. All that was thrown by the wayside. Trust has been broken.

Fast forward to today where you have a "miracle vaccine" that was created in two days and approved faster than any dr-g has before. You have the political left resisting it when trump was in office. You have Biden and Pelosi on record saying we cannot mandate this vaccine. People see their own anecdotal experiences of people having adverse reactions to this vaccine (I know two...stroke and leg paralysis). People see the other anecdotal stuff on social media. We see our government and social media companies trying to censor information labeling it "wrong". We were told the vaccines were safe and effective (95%) yet we see with our own eyes our friends and family getting covid regardless of vaccination status. We have a president who can barely get a full sentence out and it's very clear all he cares about is numbers of people that have been injected. No consideration to natural immunity. Covid is "random" and people who clearly are morbidly obese are called "heathly" with no "underlying health conditions". In the full pfizer approval from the FDA it clearly states that the pfizer bioNtech and comirnaty vaccines are interchangeable but "legally distinct". Only the comirnaty vaccine has full approval and the bioNtech vaccine is still EUA. I have yet to find this comirnaty vaccine anywhere and Pfizer has confirmed through customer support that comirnaty is not in production and unavailable. Bait and switch.

We are left at the end of the day not able to properly put a risk profile together for covid since it has been so seriously politicized. All I know is my government has lost my trust up to this point. Furthermore my government is now trying to put me out of work because I wont submit to their vaccine. People make comments "we have run out of carrots now here is the stick". People laughing at other losing their jobs. To add insult to injury the Biden administration wants my bank records of how I spend my money over $600. Sounds like they don't trust me. Why should I trust them?

If you want more people to get vaccinated, start gaining trust. Taking livelihoods are just tempering the kn--e.

I think people have a misconception of what freedom is in this country. Yes you have a freedom of choice. But if you choose not to get a driver's license and you are out here driving that comes with consequences. You can not ever like wearing a shirt because it's your freedom to do so but that doesn't mean you can go to work like that or eat in restaurant like that. Freedom is a choice but your choice doesn't give you the right to have EVERYTHING your way. That's what freedom is in this country not anything more or less. People are fooling themselves to believe anything other than that.

The current administration has said openly that pressuring companies to use mandates is just an effort to do an "end run" around our constitution so spare me the claim that companies should be able to that. This is political. All about control. I think more people are starting g to see that.
