Don't MDMs just drive around pushing reports now? You guys can't even figure out how billing works. I would caution you against hubris.
He didn’t lie to you! I was there and heard the same calls. I work as an MDM and Jon Freier has made things so much better. You guys were doing useless audits and pushing paper that resulted in no impact to the business. NONE! All of you left, never replaced, and the business hasn’t skipped a beat and you’ve been gone for more than a year! You guys got more than a month’s notice too — stop lying! Some of you were OK, but most of you needed to go years ago! Looks to me like he was right. BYE!

What did your role in financial controls and operations consist of? Were you remote support or in the field?

Freier is a Liar. Most of the office employees were laid off. This is after numerous promises that no jobs would be eliminated. No accounting for loyalty, he is stripping Metro and filling it with TMO folks. All this BS about other roles is just fluff, Jon Freier lied to everyone multiple times even on today's calls. If your title contains Metro make no mistake, you will be eliminated.
Got the announcement today that about 200 people, including myself, in financial controls and operations would be laid off effective this Friday. Our department won’t exist for the “New T-Mobile” AKA post merger according to Jon Friere. Knew we couldn’t trust him the moment he stepped into his role back in August. It’s only the beginning of more lay offs!
