How long has TMTS been implemented. Has anyone seen any marked improvement with respect to the amount of low value work you had to do on a day to day
Or is it same old same old at the site plus the added responsibility of babysitting folks that is supposed to be “experts” in their field
The type of work that was always proposed to be sent to KLTC was normal base work. I always was confused by coworkers wanting to send those guys work. Could they not see it’s the predicate to eliminate US based jobs for cheaper jobs overseas?
Absolute train wreck so far with BTC and KLTC still bickering like children.
Delays, delays, delays. With only 3-4 hours of daily overlap and time for the standard feedback loop, request take 1-2 days instead of same day in many cases.
That’s fine if you prefer to save costs. But if you still expect quick turnaround, it’s not going to work.
Much more babysitting and much more low value admin. #winning
