Those staying till 2027 will be PIPed. No mgrs will NSI their folks to save someone that is leaving. HR should just freeze their pay or exclude them from PDS. Those retrenched should write to MOM about this... for those staying, worse case if they don't do work, mgt should just expedite and kick them out of EM. We don't need half-hearted workers around but doing this makes everyone skeptical. What team we talking about....

@8fpk not many people understand what’s year end experience or years at level , even for those old birds after multiple years of PDA.

I don’t blame them since none of these are useful outside of EM

@8fp4 what’s wrong with 1 YEE and CL22? All fresh grad starts at CL22, no?

Once you step into the real world, you’ll realise all the BS you went through—knowledgeable others, LPS, all those pointless things—don’t matter at all. They’re just a waste of time. Outside, people only care about real work and getting things done, not all these shows.

@8fkn the sweet spot would be 2Q26. Max time to shack leg sing song stretch out severance package period but yet will not be impacted even if PIP

I got the cut! but not all are lucky.

4Q2026 is quite far out, and still need to do pds/ pass pip next year before I get package. but small consolation, it’s the last round of PDS ever. I heard some lucky people got 1Q2026

So many busybody, especially those ex-employees. The only one qualified to say a single sh-t are those that are retrenched.

Those that leaves on your own, you losers, keep your pie hole shut.

Hope all is well. Just to let you know that there is a world out there that is at least slightly better than EM Singapore. Please try your best. I left some years back knowing that if something like today would to happen, my ranking that time would lead me to have no leverage at all.
