Am I the only one who feels this way? Not having to commute gave me back two hours of my life each day. Now I'm worried about readjusting once again when things go back to (relative) normal - I will miss those hours! Not to mention other small conveniences, like actually being able to get some peace and quiet while working.

The same results I’m getting at the office asswipe! I’m micromanaged with a Verint schedule. Performance is still measured with metrics. What results are YOU getting?
leadership is out of touch and refuses to ask THE question: do you want to come back into the office.
What results are you getting by staying at home? Oh....Im shopping for 7 hours and working for 1 hour....
I am so much happier working from home. I don’t want to have to commute to the office just to sit at my desk in a mask and social distance. That sounds so dreadful! So much work related stress is caused by having to go into work at the office I have discovered, and all sorts of new rules will only make that worse. I don’t want any part of it, honestly.
I also want to work from home on a permanent basis. I adapted well to the transition and really enjoy it.
