Anyone new coming in is destined for failure - they just don’t know it yet! The whole operation is broken because management will never step up to solve a multitude of problems. The only thing I’ve seen these Kool-Aid drinking fools do is nothing but avoid conflict at any and all costs. I’m getting ready to jump ship because nothing will change until those that are in charge are fired and replaced with competent leaders.

Spot on! Just received a née department manager. The secretary sent out 3 notices for us to wish outgoing good luck. I don’t think anyone other than the duck holers had anything to say. Hopefully the née manager will reign in these loose cannon DHs and out of control sls but I don’t see any hope. They were already grab azzing in our quarterly division meeting. Welcome new leadership and more of the same.
