looks like 45 and 90 day consultations will be announced in the coming weeks, finalizing numbers and which plants are doing poorly, Looking at the numbers from all UK plants , something does not look right , they are all underperforming badly, sign of the times, customers are getting same performance from cheaper goods sold elsewhere, the premium MM products are too expensive in this current climate.

I never realised 3m was in trouble absolutely ballin in a certain area of Atherstone.somebody say Saturday and Sunday 💰💰💰💰💰
Totally agree, hides behind the fact that he’s religious to try and make out he’s an honest guy. When he was at Atherstone he lied constantly then got angry when he was pulled up on it, the other Managers used to cringe as they knew what a joke he was.
It’s not surprising about Bangor, Plant Manager is a disgrace and should never have been given the job
Bangor { Northern Ireland } has been performing very badly for quite some time due to bad management, i would be amazed if it came out unscathed
Thought, was the numbers always correct? 🤔 To much focus on these numbers!!!
"As a result, we may need to consider reducing our labor force."
That sounds like the bold new strategy Mike's been looking for.
Many premium products are expected to experience a significant decrease in sales volume due to the recent price increases. Some of our major buyers have expressed their reluctance to accept these higher prices, which will inevitably affect our production plants. As a result, we may need to consider reducing our labor force.
MP does not know anything about economics, might need a course about elasticity. He pushed too hard to increase prices as a result there is no growth or, even worst, lower sales volume.
