In the case of the big fat black man in NYC, did you see in the video a black female police sergeant "monitoring" the situation and doing nothing to stop it. Watch the video. Also, how do you justify all the "Hands up, don't shot!!" that came out of the Ferguson shooting when it didn't happen. 98% of black men in Chicago are killed by other black men.
