Let's see. With regards to the great "save the Heald rally": (1) The 9,000 students (or warm bodies) simply go somewhere else to finish their education assuming Heald shuts down. (2) The "parent company" myth on the lawsuit. In reality Heald College is explicitly named as the lead defendant. For you Heald supporters out there, one of the exhibits is an ad for the "Heald Ultrasound" program which wouldn't be so bad assuming that there WAS a Heald ultrasound program. Also, Heald was using military symbols WITHOUT the consent of the DOD implying that the DOD and VA approved of the Heald programs. Some just might NOT like the idea of an institution doing such nonsense to simply get away with it. (3) The 1,000 faculty that lose their jobs are for the most part timers.

Sorry, 205, I'm not the OP, but
Those are the facts. Read the court docs.
