Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Boeing Is Preparing For Waг With Its Own Workers

After Decades of Mismanagement, Malfeasance and Fraud, the miscreant
management of Boeing embark on yet another mindlessly reckless adventure.

Task 1.
Layoff 17’000 employees as a show of force, striking fear in the hearts of all
who work for Boeing.

Task 2.
Obfuscate, Evangel and Deceive the clueless into exchanging their hard earned
cash, for shares of worthless Boeing stock.

Task 3.
With Boeing coffers, now flush with the cash of fools,
Declare War On Their Workforce, beating them into submission in an all-out
effort to demoralize and diminish their sense of self and value.
In the hopes, they will beg for their jobs back at reduced wages.

This much hoped for cash infusion is needed for Boeing’s waг effort against
their own employees.
Not the most discerning use of capital, but it is typical for Boeing’s
inept miscreant management, and is most likely the last scam they try before
the break-up in chapter 11.

Experts estimate that Boeing will need to raise about ten to fifteen billion dollars
in its stock offering to maintain its already poor credit rating,
which have been deteriorating due to an endless smattering of failures that have added to its financial woes created by decades of moгonic management.

Here is a short list of Boeing’s Colossal Failures.
Caused by bankers and accountants in their feeble attempt’s at running a once
great engineering firm.

777X development and testing paused for redesign due to cracked thrust links.

Starliner, a disgraceful failure through inconceivable buffoonery. Costing billions

Stock buy backs, squandering billions, emptying Boeing coffers,
and leaving no safety net. (That’s Not Management, Its Depгavity)

737 MAX Fraud and the fiasco that followed, costing billions
and adding to the management disaster of what should have been
A clean sheet replacement two decades prior to their dіmwіtted scam

KC-46A Pegasus topping $7 billion in losses, due to sophomoric engineering.
Along with abysmal manufacturing and quality control practices.

Lastly, with a clear view of the approaching “Gray Wave”
and with management’s laser focus on their bonuses, they halted funding for
apprenticeship programs, needed to fuel the future work force.

In no uncertain terms, Boeing management is despіcable,
and is solely responsible for the current state of affairs.

This is a disaster long in the making.

Kind of funny that you would reference Boeing as an engineering company and then basically point out they couldn't engineer themselves out of a paper bag.

Looks like the smoke and mirrors are no longer lingering, lay offs will continue till mid 2025 i cant see boeing to re structure and have a smooth sailing ship in no time.It will take at least 2 years to align and re-structure to produce quality aircraft needless to say supply chain to meet demand especially of the circumstances we are in now .
Lets whatch the circus unfold
This is my prediction ......Australian employees at boeing

Blame the greedy machinists, they cant put parts on planes correctly and they think they deserve more money. I hope they all get fired.

Do it fast, there are jobs out there especially if you have a clearance and an engineering degree.

Sounds like you should stop spending so much time creating posts and find another job while there's still some out there.

Save yourself!

Beg for our jobs back at lower wages? Ha. Your funny. Boeing not smart picking a fight when home equity, stock prices at all time high. I’ve been living off stocks. Make 10x what I make working at Boeing in one day with stocks. Heck this continues one more month and I’m going to retire at 40 years old. Made me realize I don’t need Boeing and their low wages anymore. Cheers
