RSUs and salary raises

Everyone I'm close to got a lower IPF this time. It's save to assume that less money was available for bonuses (and that despite a super low CPF).

I hope managers will get the usual amount of RSUs for distribution among team members. Same with salary raises. Do managers get the usual amount of money for salary raises?

Any managers here who can clarify.

7000 RSUs per year ?? Hahaha.
That's what maybe 280K only in RSUs ? You must be a PE (and a really good one) or Director or higher.

7000 RSUs is only 35K at the highest Cisco stock price. That's nothing. A G12 gets at least 100K dollar worth and PEs even more.
4000 RSUs is 20K at 50$ max stock value so that's a G8 or lower.
It's been forever since the stock was 50$

G10 getting 4000 RSUs? You must be a shiet worker. Haven’t been granted less than 7000 RSUs per year in my 15 year career at Cisco.

4000$ or 4000 stocks? The latter means you must be a G10 ? The former should be for G8 and lower.

Why would you assume that the promotions, merit increases, or RSU budgets would be the same as last year?

About the only thing that could have remained the same, or increased is the RSU budget. They reclaimed all the unvested shares they’d previously given out to LR’d employees to give to you. Now you have a bigger target on your back for future LRs to reclaim your unvested shares to recycle to others.

There simply was less money this round for bonuses. RSUs budget looks better though.
