Blue vs Green

So far all the folks I've seen let go have been legacy blue. Coincidence??

Any correlation to years of service? In past layoffs, blue employees with ten + years there were especially vulnerable with all the sabbatical and vacation time,

Everyone impacted in my team so far has been from the green (dead-weight) side.

Of those I know, about 80% are green. It is probably more a function of who we know rather than representative of the actual total distribution

The green folks are already planned to be let go after conversion. This round of layoffs was in addition to those planned cuts, so it makes sense it’s blue heavy.
