Call the store you worked at and AST will give you the web address to download it if you cant get in insite.
If you signed up to get it online when you were employed, you still get it that way. So you need to log in as a former colleague and retrieve your W2.
If you didn’t sign up for online, have you moved? W2’s can’t be forwarded.
Go to Insite and log in as a former colleage
Did you by chance sign up for your W2 to be retrieved online? That could be why.
