ITC leadership particularly in middle management (psg 25-26s) are a collection of folks that probably could not get a job anywhere. They are not employable - perhaps not even qualified to be a greeter at Walmart.
I hope this next purge of folks really takes a hard look at all these dashboard metric / compliance warriors that contribute nothing in terms of value to the company and share holders.... jtfc...

Yes, many of you are correct, it is clear in the OP. I dislike IT as much as the next guy but this is the work of one unhinged vengeful pathetic loser. And ITC as well as the IT staffed are generously compensated and are in one of the fastest growing, salary-wise and employment-wise fields in the nation, not just the Energy industry. The ITC/IT folks are more likely to find gainful employment elsewhere than any of us. The OP is clearly jealous, deluded, and triggered.

I worked for Chevron for over a decade and had nothing but hell from ITC. The new company I’ve moved to has an IT department that is actually focused on managing the IT assets and not span and control.
Hopefully one day they’ll realize Chevron is an Oil Company and not an IT company.

wow, I think based on the number of upvotes and downvotes here compared to any other thread... We've got a bunch of IT people creeping in site. That's a lot of participation here. More of a reason to let go of most of IT.

ITC is an absolute joke. Generally our IT leadership from top down is pathetic and misses the mark in terms of adding value to the company. We need folks to retire or be retired.
