It’s been confirmed. There will be massive XBS leadership position layoffs in July. The majority of VP of Sales positions will be consolidated or exterminated altogether. Also, Ops and IT to be affected. Get out now!

Get out now...and go where??? Everyone who waited around & stayed at Xerox is now facing a recession dog sh– job market after they get the boot from Xerox. Those with the most skills & smarts left before this OR have a sweet package lined up to bring u to retirement OR very marketable skills & can find a job easily. The remaining folks - good luck to ya.

Can we vote some people off this island? We've been shedding valuable, intelligent people from our business and keeping people who don't do a whole lot.
We used to have a VP of sales and they split that role into two directors (probably in an effort to avoid being laid off). We don’t need either one of them.
We had FIVE VP's of Sales; one left on his own (good guy, but ineffective) and now another one is listed as a "Director" to try and protect him (good guy and good at his job) and two are still VP's. One is lazy and useless(!) and the other is arrogant, rude and not nearly as bright as they think they are...
Everyone knows of the redundancy of VP of Sales in XBS. I’m surprised they haven’t made this move sooner. At our core we had 4 VP of Sales positions. 1 was great, the other 3 never do anything. About time if you ask me!!
According to this site, no one is untouchable. We are all a $$$ on how much Xerox can save in there pocket. Why do you think they did the HCL deal last year.
Interesting that this date corresponds with the retiring of some of the old Global executives that I’ve heard about. Hope this isn’t the case, but certainly wouldn’t shock me.
