The company is preoccupied with care whether we are in the office or not, but does little to show it cares about hard workers more than it does about pretenders who hardly do anything at all. The office is full of pretenders, but that is not important to this leadership... it is more important to them that we come to the office.

Working remote is the best! No costs for gas and so I save thousands every year. It's as though I got a pay raise. All you mo--ns that didn't kiss your bosses' @ss and make it work are losers. I'm a Sr. Manager and my team is 100's or 1000's of miles away.
Is TMO requesting from employees to work from the office? How many’s days a week? I was laid off a month ago and and don’t know the status?
Mike Sievert here, I would start to cut more people like what Elon does for twitter.
When my boss is in another office, my executive chain in my office and I NEVER see any of them, tell me again how my working from the office adds to collaboration?
When you have CEO or President in your job title then you can establish the operating model for the company. #YourNotTheCEO
the key is the job can be done remotely, but TMobile want to be done in the office.
What? Collaboration in the office is proven to be effective for many organizations. In any case, those that choose to be remote without going through the process will not like the outcome. If that is what you want then tell your manager that you demand to be remote!
You'll be laid off soon enough. Regardless of being in office or not.
no one cares now. leadership does not care, employee does not either.
The threats seem to be working. I'm seeing people in the office that I've not seen in almost 3 years.
Just make sure you’re tweeting on your magenta account and posting in slack. It literally doesn’t matter if you do your job.
