Did they RIF all of the Emerson people ?

Looking at the recent deep cuts in Actuation Technology I cannot imagine how this business can be run with additiional cuts.
The crazy thing is that they have cut and will cut the most experienced people.
They are giving away key skills and know how to competitors but they do not care.
They have a lot of people doing nice dashboard and powerpoints presentation but lost all good engineers.
ISV VP/GM announced restructuring on a call last week. They have already taken deep cuts but hearing this BU will need life support after this next wave.
Just nefore the covid 19 Emerson nnounced 2900 cuts + 1000 Jobs to be moved to low cost countries.
Total 3900.
Not considering the additional - not yet announced - cuts.

I think the first RIF wave is over. I looked in the ticketing system and found 1900 termination/leavers for June. And only 800 or so this month so far. Those aren't perfect numbers, as not all terminations are logged there, but a fair number are. Prior to June, we were getting between 1100-1400 tickets per month.
No RIF in Italy for the time being.
