This place used to be about layoff rumors, then it became about attacking management. Now it's just everyone attacking everyone else. Sad.
with that crappy code-a-pillar, they should be shut down. Guess no one in East Aurora uses iPads... I knew they were backwards, but really? The press release during CES was comical as people thought it was a joke.

The last comment must be from a Mattel Director or VP which is why this blog is still in existence as Lego, & Hasbro are having the best years ever. That's right, "screw the seamstress" but this idiot doesn't realize that without the "seamstresses" Barbie would have never been born. Typical Matthell upper missmangement thinking.

Screw the seamstresses. They are about as relevant as a hand painted sign on an office door. There are cheaper more effective ways to get things done and being a seamstress for dolls is an outdated redundancy. Go make clothes for real people and move on with your life already.

If MattHell really wanted to perform effective cost cutting measures they would fire 80% of all the useless Directors, VP's & above who are destroying/bleeding this company dry. Wipe out the AKC aka the ass kissing club. However that makes too much sense so it will never be done. Can't wait for the Q4 results which are just around the corner with Hasbro launching their Frozen & DCP Princess Product Lines as I type this. Ever heard of a line called Star Wars? Matthell's lame ass line of Dynotrux was a complete failure @ retail and was 2 years in the making !!!!!!!!!!!!!Gonna love to see how Sinclair, Dickson, & Farr aka The 3 Stooges address these little headwinds. Remember what they said before, "we'll make up for it with product currently in the pipe line". Pipe line or sewer? No worries, we'll just lay off some more hard working seamstresses.

March is rolling around so you can be sure the cost cutting talk has started up. They need to give Wall Street gets what it's looking for.
This time it will be more subtle, or "rolling" as they call it now....
