LUCKY? If...you are one of the lucky ones, yes LUCKY ones that have been shown the door - the decision was made for you - please share, let us know if the sev. package has been reduced. Rumors are flying about that they hv been reduced considerably (now only a few wks.). If that is the case it will make it a bit easier to decide on whether I take the leap. Based on our "could it get any worse" conditions here, the grass has to be greener else where but....there is still the risk. The more of you that respond could add a sense of validity to the postings.

Upper missmanagement will just keep laying off people who actually did their jobs in their very shortsighted arrogant stupidity. They will then promote/move around other talentless indecisive tapeworms so they can just infect another group. Ebola is in the building. I know, let's make the guy who drives the shuttle a VP, he'll fix everything.

It's going to be one sad December for so many who didn't deserve what they got, while the actual thieves, looters, & Carpetbaggers aka upper mismanagement will be trying to decide with house to celebrate Christmas, LA or NY? Oh, it's so hard to decide. One leaves for Hawaii.

If they continue to fire the Indians and not the chiefs, the downward spiral will continue. With two designers KC ad CD leading Barbie and Hot Wheels in charge still, expect more of the same. they're just not good at leading brands this size or affecting change. Same with SL on Mega/FP/toybox. In KC's case, it's hard enough for her to acknowledge anyone below Director... Get rid of these poor excuses for leaders and then change will happen. But don't keep firing the people doing the work these ineffective "leaders" asked for and blaming the non execs.
