We have hardly any customers. The ones that do come in leave without buying anything. They all say that we changed our products and we’re not the same. I’m afraid the end is near since they cut our hours so much again.

Customer complaints are dead on both Better Business Bureau and Facebook Bed Bath & Beyond. They are all valid complaints. From in store and shipping. Broken items to missing items and not enough product or the products customers were always purchasing. Customers don’t realize that most of BBB products are still sitting on a container ship delayed. As for shipping- we are all scrambling to find boxes to ship items in due to BBB’s own missing supplies. I saw one customer complaining about an item she purchased and it was shipped in a totally different box that the item comes in. Facebook BBB response back to a customer is a generated response- do you really think that there is a live body watching Facebook BBB page. Customers don’t realize that BBB has no warehouse’s so when one is placing an order it is coming from a regularBBB brick and mortar store- BBB has so many failures going forward, not till things are fixed BBB will not get any better. BBB has to open their eyes and ears to hear and see what customers and employees want

ok, if you really wanna see how people feel, go to BBB's facebook page and scroll through the reviews over the last year. certain sites and boards are just for complaints, but the facebook page is for positive and negative feedback. you'll be hard pressed to find one positive comment, other then the spam ads
You do know people go to BBB and Consumer websites because they are upset? People do not file a BBB.complaint when they are happy. And like others have said..why not leave? The fact you wrote "suckiest" shows you are probably under 22.
BBB has the suckiest customer service there is. Just look up Better Business Bureau, the reviews are horrible. Individual stores turned into fulfillment which we were never trained to do. Hardly any supplies to ship items. Scrounging for boxes and bubble wrap to properly pack items. Digging thru returns RTV to see if they are acceptable for a resale.never mind 1-800-GoBeyond customer service- outsourced to who knows what country they are in. Customers are PI---D OFF and BBB is turning a blind eye to everything.You treat someone like cr-p no wonder why we don’t have customers

Idk why all the negative feed when he’s right 😐 I get customers ALL the time complaining how they don’t like our low inventory selection, how everything is online now. How coupons are excluded more. How are prices are ridiculously high!!
We get id--ts who pry us like we are a 19 1/2. Either that or ones that don’t care about $$$. The rest are LEAVING because we don’t have what they want!! !!
You act as if there's nowhere else to work. It's only retail and nothing special. If things end up sideways, you can find another unskilled job at any other big box store.

I don't know. It's not really black and white. Sometimes you have to see the shades of gray. For example, you can say both that perhaps MT doesn't have the plan and makes too much money, and the guy who comments on every thread here about kangaroos is frustrated because he hasn't fulfilled his lifelong ambition to f*** a kangaroo up the @$$, and is coming here to vent. You don't have to choose one or the other, or either, for that matter.
Has anyone else noticed the increase in the amount of Kangaroo related decor items on our website?
MT needs to take his Ill-gotten compensation gains ($27 mil) ,saddle up his Kangaroo and hop down to the Land of Down Under.
