It is streamlining. It is not that hard. The ACC/QC transfers potential students to ERs. ERs sign them up after explaining the degree/certificate/ class. Academic Counselors help the student to finish. Finance Advisors take care of the money. Customer Service/TAC assist with other needs. We need the ACC/QC to ask basic questions to route to the proper ER, no need to be rude but there is no need to build a friendship in a 3 minute call. We need more ER to handle every call when a PS is ready, no more No EA available. It is that simple, more PSs moved faster to more ERs creates more students. UoPX/ Apollo greatest need is more students. The excess of middle / upper management is amazing. UoPX looks more like a government agency than a for profit school.
I wamt to belive but it seems pretty vauge. Lemme guess, sometime in August right?
Finally. Managers and Directors are useless bean counters. Wal-Mart or used car lots are looking for snakes like these PAGS.
