Get rid of lazy managers!

I am tired of managers who believe their only responsibilities involve eating and sitting at their desks. They then decide to emerge from hiding to moan that shelves are empty or the store is otherwise in shambles. Maybe if they did some actual work for a bit - considering how understaffed we are - the store would look better. I'm praying they close us soon just so they'd lose their cushy jobs.

Vast majority of store managers have been in their positions 6 months to maybe 2 years at most since the company decided to run off most of the ones that knew what the heck they were doing ( along with all assistant mgrs). Now you are left with folks that were the assistant to the assistant at 7-11 running stores and this is what you are now stuck with. Couple that with nearly zero training and oversight ( especially in all areas of HR and what they are "allowed to" and "not allowed to" do while managing people). Over the last 2 years the company decided it was somehow going to be more profitable to get rid of professional retail store management ( and their pay of course) and move up random cashiers or fast food crew leaders to the supervisor and store manager positions. You see now how well that works.
