Do yourself a favor like another poster said and spool up now! Find yourself another job. All of the top players are shuffling their corp management. Then they implement policy and process that didn't work at the last company by saying "its new and I just came up with it" and its the next best thing since sliced bread. Kind of like mixing herpes, anal warts, and syphilis and telling people how great it is. Trust me its only going to get worse. Eventually these process's will make it to expensive to do the jobs and the business will fold as it has in some areas with a few of the really big players. Besides, WFT doesn't have any knowledge left as they are either working for the competition by now, retired, or have invested in themselves in other ventures.

Do yourself a favor, see the exit sign, proceed forward and don't look back!

The problem is, you do this, and then you are immediately marked down as a troublemaker. They all then gun for you.

My advise, avoid the trouble. Move on. It's really all not worth it.

Document each interaction including who may have witnessed it. Then send it to your boss and HR and ask for a meeting to resolve this. If you don't get a response within a reasonable time (it shouldn't take more than a couple days to repsond) then use the ombudsman service.

I just did a training module on this last week. The right thing to do is confront your coworker and tell him / her to stop messing with you or youl stomp them down. Resolve all issues w violence. #Oneweatherford.

Contact the new ombudsperson. Thats what she is there for. We had to go to a mandatory meeting to meet her.

Write to you boss formally and express that you seek to resolve the situation. This is to put everything in writing so you have an email record. If your boss chooses to ignore you, it is time to go above him or straight to HR. This is going to get ugly and you better prepare for it.
