For the 10 years that I have worked there I have seen TL's, and ASTL's sleep with and give special treatment to "team members", management doesn't care. If you bring it up, you have a bad attitude. #WFMteammember
The pres of NE Region dated vice pres.....now pres marries an STL.....invest at its best.....I don't give a crap who hooks up but their RULES DONT APPLY TO REGIONAL.....and these r the people that ran this company into the crapper

This company has been incestuous since the beginning, it's not going to change. Unfortunately the nepotism and favoritism are quite blatant compared to other retail companies.
This post reminds me that this company has a Whole lot gray area as far as harassment is concerned. Every darn person knows someone who has been hooking up with their superior. It's a damn orgy over here. Stl does admin Tm...now they live together. Astl transfers and marries tm from former store 2 months later. I've been at wfm so long that I don't remember if it's like this at other places. Sorry your TL said something nasty. IMHO nothing is sweeter that telling the person who did something wrong that it was wrong and unwanted. They'll be terrified. Hopefully.
